Weighing conveyor

When passengers check in, they place their luggage on an electronic scale conveyor for weighing. The luggage weight is automatically displayed on the monitor at each counter, and an alarm is triggered for overweight luggage. Each counter is equipped with a foot switch. If the luggage passes the inspection, the check-in staff will attach a flight label to the luggage, step on the foot switch, and the luggage will be transported to the waiting conveyor before entering the collection conveyor. When the foot switch is activated, the luggage conveyance is controlled by a PLC program.

Waiting for the conveyor

After weighing the qualified baggage through the weighing conveyor, the check-in operator confirms it, and the baggage automatically enters the waiting conveyor. Based on the operational status of the injection conveyor and the collection conveyor, if there is a blockage ahead, the baggage automatically stops and waits for the operational signal from the front. If the collection conveyor operates normally, the injection conveyor automatically starts, and the baggage is automatically transferred to the injection conveyor. The working principle adopts a full-line linkage mode.

Enter the conveyor

After weighing and security inspection, the luggage is fed onto the arrival feed conveyor. Depending on the operational status of the collection conveyor, if there is a blockage ahead, the luggage automatically stops on the feed conveyor and waits for the signal to proceed. If the luggage is normal, the feed conveyor automatically starts and transports the luggage onto the collection conveyor. The structure and conveyor operating principle adopt a fully integrated mode.
